Jackie was absolutely lovely with me and my dog, very warm and kind, and she explained the technique I needed to use and the logic behind it thoroughly before demonstrating it and then getting me to practice.  

In one session she resolved the problem.  Whenever an issue arises I do exactly what she taught me and it works miracles, my dog follows me straight away.

Jacqui tailored each and every session to our individual needs and has given me life long skills to continue to teach Ted at home.
